El Zarzal is a little cottage located on the outskirts of Horche (Guadalajara), in a privileged spot surrounded by nature. Years ago, it was a warehouse of tillage equipment, and recently, it has been carefully restored as a rural cottage.

House policy
- Check-in time: from 4 PM
- Check-out time: 12 noon
- Pets are allowed. Rate: 5€/night/pet
- Advance payment (booking confirmation): 25% of the total by bank transfer
- Cancellation policy: refund of 100% of advance payment If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay. Otherwise, the advance payment will not be refunded
- Deposit: 300€. This deposit will be refunded either in cash or by bak transfer as part of the check-out process as long as the conditions of the house are the same as on the check-in. If any damage caused in the house by the guest, a proportional part of the deposit will be discounted. In case the damages are more expensive than the deposit, the guest must pay the difference
